1. The Service
PlumberHQ provides business management software for plumbing companies, including scheduling, customer management, estimates, and invoicing, accessible at app.tryplumberhq.com.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to other users’ data, reverse-engineer the service, transmit malicious code, resell access without permission, or use the service in a way that could damage or impair it.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter — customers, jobs, invoices, and photos. We process it on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for complying with applicable privacy laws regarding customer information you store.
5. Payment and Billing
The service is billed monthly at the rate on our pricing page. Your subscription begins at the end of your 14-day free trial. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
6. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, your account is paused until you subscribe. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry.
7. Cancellation and Termination
Cancel any time from account settings, effective at the end of the billing period. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, data is deleted within 90 days.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlumberHQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with at least 14 days’ notice of material changes by email or in-app notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
