We use collected information to provide and improve the PlumberHQ service, process transactions, send technical notices and support messages, respond to questions, send marketing communications (opt out any time), and analyze usage trends.

Each PlumberHQ account (company) is fully isolated. Your customers, jobs, and invoices are never visible to other PlumberHQ users — enforced at the database level. We use industry-standard security including encryption in transit (TLS). No method of transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the service (hosting, payment processing, email), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer with notice to affected users.
5. Your Customer Data
Information you enter about your customers is your data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. We do not contact your customers or use their information for our own marketing.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data while your account is active. If you cancel, we delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

PlumberHQ is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
